What is eService Desk?
e-Service Desk is a secure, user friendly Internet-based customer service site, designed to allow customers the ability to manage their buying online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All information is accessed in real time, direct from ripeSense« Management Information System. Requests or amendments that you make via e-Service Desk, feed straight into our system - allowing for immediate response and accurate, up to the minute management information.

Amongst just some of the features that e-Service Desk has to offer, are:
Secure access to your recent orders including those in progress
Online viewing of current stock and back order quantities
Access to account status
The ability for you to enter and manage multiple delivery addresses for an individual order
Security checks on login
Multiple user logins per client
Online Help
